The exhibition under the dome is located in the handrail of the viewing opening overlooking the plenum. The selected book design allowed for a theme befitting, also generous and exciting presentation in the existing 12 glass display cases, each consisting of three segments. The glass display cases interrupts are dubbed, and three-dimensional facsimiles, backlit image surfaces and monitors could be integrated. Taking up the roundness of the circular glass display cases, the graphics appear to be made in one piece. Sideward light strips and the nuanced colouring of the left and right book pages reinforce the depth of the glass display cases and the play of the open pages.

A digital adaptation of the exhibition allows on-the-spot use of tablets with mainly barrier-free access. Even without visiting the Reichstag building, the contents of the exhibition are freely accessible via the website of the Bundestag.
